Cooking Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Sauté 2 to 3 minutes. Add carrots, peas and asparagus. Sauté 5 minutes. Add tomato. Toss in cooked brown rice. Toss. Add cheese and parsley.
