Cooking Directions
PREPARE rice according to package directions.
COMBINE In the same saucepan, combine rice, milk, creamer, sugar, and butter or margarine. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 30 minutes, stirring often.
ADD vanilla extract, pecans, and coconut. Pour into individual dishes. Top with additional pecans and coconut, if desired. Serve warm or cold.
