Cooking Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
In a skillet, sauté the green onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in mushrooms, cooked rice, and soy sauce. Cook 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in beaten egg and cook only until egg is done. If desired, serve with extra soy sauce.
