In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Blend in 12 ounces of whipped topping and almond extract. Add rice and chocolate pudding mix and beat on low speed until well incorporated and fluffy. In a large trifle bowl or deep glass dish, crumble 1/3 of brownies. Top with 1/3 of rice mixture, then 1/2 of pie filling. Repeat layers, ending with rice mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping and toasted almonds.
