Ingredients

1 cup Blue Ribbon® White Rice
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup sliced prosciutto, julienned
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 Tbsps fresh basil leaves, chiffonade

Cooking Directions

Aroma® #1 Rice Cooker BrandAdd rice, butter, onions, prosciutto, wine, and broth. Stir. Cover and cook until rice cooker shuts off. Carefully remove cover allowing steam to escape. Add cream, cheese, white pepper and peas. Stir gently. Serve topped with fresh basil.

TIP: Substitute one-half cup of chopped or diced ham for the prosciutto.
